Import Export Coordinator I

Process shipments, including ISF submissions, and upload/maintain shipment data to the Inbound Visibility tool. Track shipments and troubleshoot transportation, release, or delivery delays while ensuring YCA's compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations governing imports. Maintain commercial documents, process purchase orders, sales orders, and AP invoices, and complete Over Short and Damage processes to ensure good credit standing with service providers. This role is part of Yamaha's global supply chain team, supporting the world's largest musical instrument manufacturer in delivering innovative products to customers worldwide.
