Import Coordinator

Track, trace, and maintain status of Expedited and Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments via air and domestic transport. Communicate with carriers, origin/destination agents, and customs regarding shipment status, special handling, and clearance. Monitor shipments until completion while keeping customers apprised of export/import and domestic transaction details per SOPs. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in compliance with TSA and Ace Quality Assurance Standards. Update and maintain standard operating procedures for assigned customers and manage new and existing portfolios including quotes, contracts, and routing. Serve as an advisor and customer advocate to resolve issues and deliver satisfaction. Shift runs Tuesday through Thursday from 12pm to 8pm. Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management with 1-5 years of freight forwarding experience required.
