Prepare and review all necessary import documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and customs declarations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Arrange and manage international shipping logistics by selecting freight carriers, negotiating rates, and tracking shipments from origin to destination. Coordinate customs clearance processes, manage brokers, and address customs-related issues while staying updated on international trade regulations and Incoterms. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding order status, shipment details, and import regulations. Maintain accurate records of import shipments, tracking details, and costs within internal systems. Requires five years of experience in import operations or logistics coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CargoWise software, and strong communication skills.
