Job Summary
Import Agent responsible for ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information within the Air Import Department, with duties including data entry into operating systems, tracking import files, ensuring timely delivery to customers, coordinating with brokers and service providers, and maintaining compliance with OPS and customer requirements. Requires 6 months to 1 year related experience or training, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and preferred IATA certification. Works in Grapevine, TX on-site, in a role that emphasizes customer service, documentation, billing accuracy, and continuous process improvement in international freight operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of air documentation process a plus
- Fluent in English
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- IATA certification (preferred)
