Job Summary
Lead workshops with customers to analyze requirements and develop tailored solutions, while configuring our SaaS workforce management software for individual client needs. Train key users and guide them through change processes, maintaining long-term partnerships through regular on-site visits. Collaborate closely with internal project teams and cross-functional departments to optimize solutions based on continuous feedback. Manage project leadership tasks or transition into customer success management for long-term client support. This role combines consulting, technical implementation, and people enablement within an expanding DACH healthcare and Swiss market, supported by a stable Dutch parent company and hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- fließendes Englisch
- Reisen (ca. 50 % der Arbeitszeit)
- Arbeit im Büro/Homeoffice
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Consulting, Software-Einführung oder Projektarbeit – idealerweise 1–3 Jahre
- mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Consulting oder Customer Success (Senior) – mit der Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Freude an der Kombination aus Reisen (ca. 50 % der Arbeitszeit) und Arbeit im Büro/Homeoffice
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Interesse an Themen wie Workforce-Management, Personalplanung oder HR
