Job Summary
Perform hands-on product installations, device setup, and on-site support during product conversions within hospital settings. Assist the Implementation, Clinical, and Sales teams in executing customer implementation plans while conducting basic technical troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed. Track progress against implementation milestones, prepare equipment for training sessions, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders. Provide clear communication with hospital staff and prepare reports following each visit. This entry-level, field-based role requires 100% travel, including overnight trips, and is ideal for recent graduates interested in healthcare operations or medical devices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and understand medical device workflows and product functionality
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing on-site tasks and timelines
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time (including overnight travel)
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required for installation tasks
- Comfort navigating hospital environments and adhering to clinical safety standards
- Willingness to become credentialed to enter hospital environments
- Proximity to a major airport
