Implementation Support Rep

Implementation Support Rep responsible for end-to-end install processes, achieving a quality installation score of at least 95%, and customizing software settings to meet customer requirements. Validate data conversions from DMS, resolve escalations, and contribute to implementation and documentation of current and proposed virtual solutions. Apply CDK implementation knowledge, understand products across parts, service, accounting, and sales, verify setup configurations and conversion data, review open issues with team leads/SMEs, and support client go-lives with minimal assistance. Maintain up-to-date product/process knowledge, assist training delivery, adapt to delivery methods, and be available for periodic weekend work. Fully compliant with company policies and procedures and participate in scaling the team as needed.
