Job Summary
Manage intake validation and queue management for Creative, Maintenance, and QA teams to ensure requests are complete, accurate, and correctly scoped before execution. Independently execute low-to-moderate complexity program updates, including recipient experience changes and standardized creative updates using approved Adobe templates. Perform first-pass QA reviews to validate program setups against compliance standards, identify defects or risks, and escalate issues to leadership as needed. Partner with Client Support to prioritize requests and optimize delivery while reducing operational bottlenecks. Contribute to SOP creation and support large-scale initiatives by developing tailored operational plans. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2 days per week in Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas, with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Implementation, QA, Creative Operations, or related operational roles
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated or compliance driven environments
- Hands on experience executing standardized creative updates using Adobe tools
- Experience working with program based configuration models
- Proficiency using standard business tools, including the MS Suite of products, CRM systems, or project management tools
- Hybrid work arrangement (onsite 2 days per week at Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas)
- Occasional travel
