Job Summary
Manage intake validation and queue management for Creative, Maintenance, and QA team requests to ensure accuracy before execution. Independently execute low-to-moderate complexity program updates, including recipient experience changes and standardized creative updates using approved Adobe templates. Perform first-pass QA reviews to validate program setups against compliance standards, identify defects, and escalate risks to leadership. Partner with Client Support to prioritize requests and drive operational plans for large-scale initiatives that reduce duplication. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of SOPs to support repeatability and scale. This hybrid role reports to the Implementation Support Director, working onsite two days per week in Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Implementation, QA, Creative Operations, or related operational roles
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated or compliance driven environments
- Hands on experience executing standardized creative updates using Adobe tools
- Experience working with program based configuration models
- Proficiency using standard business tools, including the MS Suite of products, CRM systems, or project management tools
- Hybrid work arrangement (onsite 2 days per week at Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas)
- Occasional travel
