Job Summary
Extract applicable data from client documentation to configure systems for accurate payments and drive successful project delivery. Review global client documents including contracts and budgets to identify quality risks and apply best practices for extracting payable activities. Collaborate with business partners and clients to verify interpretations, resolve complex configuration issues, and adhere to internal KPIs and client SLAs. Contribute to internal process documents and partner with Product & IT teams to enhance platforms. Requires 1-3 years in pharmaceutical or CRO contract management, strong analytical skills, and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. 100% remote from Romania.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry with contract management related experience preferred
- Ability to dissect the key elements of clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities
- Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing skills
- A mindset of quality and risk mitigation in pursuit of the best client, site, and patient experience required
- Must have excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills to support shifting priorities and key client deliverables
- Strong attention to detail required
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
