Job Summary
Lead onboarding of Premium and Pro customers on Perk’s platform, define onboarding strategy, and manage timelines and rollout plans to ensure adoption and long-term success. Conduct consultative conversations to capture customer requirements, provide data-driven recommendations, and coordinate training sessions with key stakeholders, including executive-level participants. Serve as a mentor within the Implementation team, bridging platform capabilities with customer needs, and collaborate across Revenue to drive successful platform deployment and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience in Implementation, Sales, Customer Care, Account Management, Project Management or related roles
- English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects
- Technical/Business Acumen and experience with integrations and open APIs
- Ability to lead onboarding, define timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Willingness to relocate or work from a Barcelona hub and be based near hubs as required
- Strong problem-solving, process optimization and change-management capabilities
