Job Summary
Implementation Specialist responsible for delivering hardware, software, and data integration solutions across ACTIVE’s enterprise software platforms. You will conduct functional planning and scoping sessions with stakeholders, design and implement integration solutions, coordinate day-to-day deployment activities, develop deployment strategies, and deploy end-user training plans. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Consultants to align functional requirements with deliverables and ensure successful handoffs to Support Analysts. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to new environments and technologies and to manage stakeholder expectations. Experience with computer and network architecture, databases, APIs, and SQL, plus project management experience and exposure to enterprise deployments, are assets. This role is based in Canada with hybrid work arrangements in Toronto or Vancouver. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or technical diploma
- 2+ years of software deployment experience
- Technical skills in computer and network architecture, databases, APIs, and SQL
- Experience with enterprise-level customer projects
