Job Summary
Lead end-to-end B2B onboarding and implementation for a SaaS/PropTech platform, coordinating across hardware setup, software configuration, and third-party integrations to ensure a smooth go-live. Own client onboarding from initial outreach to successful deployment, manage escalation and risk, build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration (hardware provisioning, software setup, integrations, and onboarding processes) to deliver a seamless customer experience. Strong emphasis on delivering a highly professional, proactive, and results-driven onboarding experience across remote teams; familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace and the ability to translate client needs into actionable deployment steps.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of dedicated experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical client success roles
- Experience leading end-to-end onboarding for B2B SaaS/PropTech customers
- Strong account management and client success orientation
- Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (hardware and software provisioning, onboarding, deployment)
- Ability to manage complex client onboarding from device ordering to software setup and go-live
- Comfort with remote work and proactive problem solving
