Job Summary
Implementation Specialist role supports NY ACT teams with workflow assessment, system development, training, and change management across field-based and remote work across New York State; requires collaboration with program leadership, strong data use for performance improvement, experience in ACT principles, EHRs, Medicaid/OMH regulations, and travel across NYS; primary responsibilities include optimizing workflows, standard operating procedures, staff training, and fidelity to ACT model; candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in ACT or related behavioral health programs; preferred Master’s in related field and experience with ACT teams and Medicaid billing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, psychology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACT or comparable behavioral health programs, community mental health, or Medicaid-funded services.
- At least 1 year of experience in program implementation, operations, or systems improvement.
- At least 1 year of experience in workflow design, documentation processes, and operational systems.
