Implementation Specialist

Senior/Implementation Specialist responsible for high-volume customer onboarding and data migrations for Lucid's Visual Collaboration Suite. The role focuses on understanding customers’ objectives, crafting scalable onboarding strategies, and serving as the primary technical contact for setup, including SSO, SCIM, and integrations, while driving tests to improve efficiency and time-to-value. Requires the ability to rapidly master complex Lucid product suites and partner integrations, meticulous project and relationship management, and strong written and verbal communication. The position is hybrid, with in-office collaboration at the South Jordan, UT office two days per week.
