Job Summary
Guide customers through software setup and training via video conference or in-person sessions, adapting your style to each learner's technical proficiency. Master our proprietary routing, billing, and management solutions to translate complex features into practical workflows for waste hauling businesses. Create and refine training materials, lesson plans, and best practice guides while troubleshooting issues and collaborating with Technical Support. Develop a solid understanding of how waste management operations function to ensure every customer starts strong. Work full-time Monday through Thursday in the office, with optional Friday work-from-home days after initial training.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience in training, instructional design, or customer enablement
- Have a solid understanding of Windows, Office, browsers, and business software applications
- Pick up new software quickly
- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Stay patient, curious, and adaptable
- Enjoy solving problems
