Job Summary
Lead successful customer implementations by managing all tactical aspects of onboarding and systems/operational deployments. Serve as the floor-level resource for operations, account management, and IT, working with WMS specialists as the primary contact for basic User Acceptance Testing. Facilitate the transition of newly launched customers to operational and account management teams while executing assignments defined within Business Requirements Documentation. This role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, proficiency with multiple WMS applications, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. You must be available for flexible hours, including weekends, and willing to travel to any campus for extended periods to support new customer onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- experience utilizing multiple WMS applications
- Ability to provide creative solutions to business problems

- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple assignments at the same time and meet established deadlines
- Ability to develop a business relationship with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work independently and make independent judgments

- Working knowledge and experience of the Supply Chain process
- understanding of the receiving and picking process
- Must be available to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be willing to travel to any campus for extended periods of time to support new customer onboarding
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must wear steel-toed boots
- Must wear high-visibility vests
