Implementation Specialist - IT

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and ensuring phone and data lines are provisioned and installed in retail stores, along with ensuring all LAN and WAN cabling and POS hardware and software are functional before store openings. This role includes collaborating with IT and Retail Operations teams, coordinating with stores during pilot phase distribution, and managing technical support for new installations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and project management skills, with a solid understanding of computer systems and retail infrastructure.
