Implementation Specialist

Coordinate and lead implementation efforts for new healthcare groups, including cross-department collaboration, data collection for enrollment/eligibility, plan design documentation, client funding/billing setup, and external-vendor coordination. Schedule and chair internal and client meetings, ensure accurate loading of client benefits, prepare plan documents, and maintain HIPAA/PHI compliance. Travel periodically for internal and client meetings. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within policy guidelines.
