Job Summary
Coordinate and lead implementation efforts for new healthcare groups, including cross-department collaboration, data collection for enrollment/eligibility, plan design documentation, client funding/billing setup, and external-vendor coordination. Schedule and chair internal and client meetings, ensure accurate loading of client benefits, prepare plan documents, and maintain HIPAA/PHI compliance. Travel periodically for internal and client meetings. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within policy guidelines. Remote-work role with US-based assignments and vendor interactions; benefits include health plan options, PTO, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 or more years of healthcare insurance related experience
