Job Summary
Develop and configure web services in the EAM platform built on ServiceNow, customizing Connected Workplace Products using JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, and CSS. Execute scripting, configuration, and analysis tasks including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows to align deliverables with industry standards. Assist in client assessments to identify workflow optimizations and perform validation, testing, and code reviews for peers. Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools via the Service Catalog and Service Portal. Virtual role with an annual base salary range of $112,986.66 to $157,569.99.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript
- Knowledge of fundamental database concepts
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
