Implementation Specialist II

Onboard clients by creating exceptional onboarding experiences and building relationships to ensure they achieve long-term success with ADP's payroll and HR solutions. Implement ADP technologies by consulting with clients to analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, then incorporating new processes and tools to deliver comprehensive solutions. Partner internally by collaborating with sales and customer service associates to exchange routine information regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise. Multi-task by managing multiple time-sensitive projects and following up on items while adhering to a daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls. Work overtime during peak seasons, such as the close of the calendar year, to support client needs.
