Job Summary
Lead end-to-end client implementations of Asure's HCM software, configuring the Asuretax solution to client requirements, delivering training and group presentations, and managing scope, quality, and timelines through discovery, configuration, deployment, and the post-implementation support for the first two payrolls. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, providing status updates, ensuring adoption of procedures, and generating client advocacy. Requires strong communication, HR/payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CPP/FPC/PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting clients with their US payroll and/or tax processing.
- 2+ years of success in a dedicated account ownership service model.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- CPP, FPC, PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
