Implementation Specialist

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate customer implementation projects from signed contract to successful go-live, managing plans, timelines, activities, risks, and dependencies. Work closely with customers, technical teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to configure, integrate, test, and deliver solutions according to operational needs. Coordinate technical integrations with CAD systems, communication platforms, and mapping services, ensuring testing, acceptance, training, and go-live activities are executed properly. Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and identify risks early to drive solutions forward. Over time, help build and mentor the implementation team as we scale.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience from similar roles, such as Implementation Specialist, Technical Project Manager, Solution Consultant, Customer Delivery Manager, or similar
- Proven ability to manage complex customer implementation projects
- Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build trust with different stakeholders
- Strong technical understanding of software integrations, APIs, system configuration, and technical delivery processes
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
- High ownership, accountability, and a strong drive to move projects forward
- Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, sales, support, and customer organisations
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- A higher education degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field
