Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementations of Enzo EHR and the product suite from kickoff through go-live and early adoption. Configure the platform to each agency's workflows, service lines, payer mix, and compliance requirements. Plan and execute data migration from legacy EHRs, validating accuracy of patient records, OASIS data, and billing information. Build and deliver training for users tailored to daily role usage. Own the implementation timeline and project plan, coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders to hit go-live dates. Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, translating customer needs into platform configuration and surfacing product feedback to engineering. Monitor early usage and adoption metrics, stepping in proactively where teams need reinforcement to reach documentation, intake, and QA targets. Document repeatable implementation playbooks and partner with Sales and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, clinical operations, or a related role
- ideally in home health, healthcare software, or a SaaS environment serving healthcare
- Working knowledge of home health operations: the referral-to-billing lifecycle, OASIS documentation, coding, and QA
- or the ability to ramp on it quickly
- Experience running EHR or clinical software implementations, including data migration and staff training
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple implementations on track at once
- Clear, confident communication with audiences ranging from field clinicians to agency owners
- Comfort working with AI-driven and automated workflows
- and the ability to explain them plainly to non-technical users
- A customer-first mindset and genuine drive to see agencies succeed on the platform
