Job Summary
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering training and guidance to customers for the implementation of Swisslog’s Automated Drug Management Systems. This role involves facilitating training plans, evaluating effectiveness, and providing documentation for meetings. Key responsibilities include leading in-person and web-based training, supporting post-sales implementation, providing on-site support during go-live activities, and assisting with instructional design for training materials. Suitable candidates should have an Associates Degree, relevant pharmacy technician certifications, and extensive experience in inpatient pharmacy operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree (preferred)
- Pharmacy Technician, State Licensed or licensed by PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working in hospital inpatient pharmacy
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a larger collaborative team
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the implementation of Medication Management systems and automation
- Computer Proficient: including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic troubleshooting skills
