Job Summary
Lead end-to-end healthcare technology implementations for CureMD, including EHR/Practice Management/RCM and patient engagement solutions. Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, guiding workflow analysis, system configuration, data migration, interoperability coordination, enrollment and billing setup, user acceptance testing, Go-Live preparation, and post-Go-Live stabilization and support. Develop and manage detailed project plans and cross-functional coordination, deliver both virtual and onsite end-user training, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive client satisfaction through strong healthcare-operations expertise and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience implementing healthcare technology solutions (EHR/EMR, PM, RCM, patient engagement or healthcare SaaS)
- Experience in ambulatory/outpatient healthcare environments
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations
- Client-facing project leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong communication, training, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High technical aptitude and ability to learn healthcare applications and workflows
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
