Job Summary
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers and field teams across the EMEA region. Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while supporting product installations, upgrades, and technical investigations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service, Sales, Quality, and R&D to continuously develop technical expertise and become a subject matter expert. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Fluent English, Italian, and German language skills are required, with French as a strong advantage.
