Job Summary
Lead remote software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary project manager for FieldConnect SaaS platform onboarding. Conduct discovery sessions to map customer business processes, configure the platform, and coordinate ERP integrations, data validation, and user acceptance testing. Drive customer readiness and adoption by delivering train-the-trainer sessions, creating documentation, and managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Deliver professional services for existing customers, including installing additional modules, deploying custom reports, and estimating effort for new engagements. Assist sales teams with product demonstrations and support technical escalations while documenting requirements for product management. Primarily remote with less than 10% annual travel, this role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in software implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical support, professional services, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and business process analysis
- Must be able to travel for multi-day onsite customer implementations or professional services engagements when business needs require
- Current travel expectations are generally less than 10% annually
- Final candidate must be able to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software solutions
- Experience with field service management, ERP, or construction software
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and cloud-hosted SaaS applications
- Familiarity with OpenVPN, Azure VPN, APIs, software integrations, data synchronization, and remote customer training
- Microsoft Azure and SQL proficiency
