Implementation Specialist (Communications & Knowledge Management)

Implementation Specialist (Communications & Knowledge Management) to support knowledge-sharing and strategy-implementation initiatives within WTO's Strategy, Planning and Transformation Division. Responsibilities include producing explanatory materials and intranet content for staff and senior management, assisting in reporting and progress updates to senior management, designing tools and templates for regular stakeholder reporting (including to WTO members at CBFA), reviewing current practices for reporting on strategy implementation, organizing stakeholder engagement events, and establishing a monitoring framework for implementation with a focus on communication channels. The role requires strong written and oral English communications, ability to translate complex information into clear narratives, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and experience in end-to-end reporting workflows, data visualization, and knowledge management. A university degree is required and a minimum of three years of experience in related areas; English fluency is required, with French/Spanish as assets. This is a short-term six-month contract with an emphasis on strategy development, change management, and stakeholder engagement, located in Geneva, Switzerland.
