Job Summary
Implementation Specialist within BlackRock’s Returner Programme is a six-month paid internship starting September 2025, designed to support a return to full-time work and feeder to full-time permanent employment. Join the Aladdin Client Transformation team focusing on high-value deliverables, contributing to the installation and deployment of Aladdin, eFront and related products globally, and gaining significant client exposure. The role operates within a hybrid work model (at least 4 days in the office per week with 1 day from home) and includes mentorship, coaching, and access to education reimbursement and family support programs. You will help clients onboard and transform investment workflows, risk reporting, and analytics, developing advisory partnerships with clients at senior levels and supporting the ongoing go-live and post-go-live phases. Required Qualifications
- A career break of at least 24 months (no upper limit)
- Prior experience in Investment Management or Financial Services
