Job Summary
Implementation Specialist in Solera’s Professional Services team responsible for managing customer-focused product implementations from pre- to post-sales. You’ll gather customer requirements to deliver implementation and configuration strategies, document test scenarios for QA, serve as a subject-matter expert on Solera products (especially configuration and integration capabilities), collaborate with configuration and training teams, potentially train customers on new configurations, align with product and sales on roadmaps and delivery, and provide 3rd-level support on customer deliveries and SME products. The role requires strong customer-facing skills, ability to think strategically to deliver value, and hands-on experience with technical implementations and API-related integrations. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Office365, plus agile and traditional project management approaches.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience delivering large transformation programs
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and traditional approaches (Waterfall)
- Experience with technical implementations/integration projects
- Experience with APIs, API management, SOAP, XML, Postman, Swagger, OAuth, XSLT, XML
