Job Summary
Role focused on managing customer-focused implementations within the Professional Services team. Responsible for delivering configuration and implementation strategy, gathering customer requirements, documenting test scenarios to support QA, serving as a subject-matter expert across Solera products and their integration capabilities, and collaborating with configuration, training, product, and sales teams to align on roadmap and delivery. May involve training customers on new configurations and providing 3rd level support for customer deliveries and SME products.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience delivering large transformation programs, leveraging agile methodology
- Excellent customer facing skills, collaboration, and communication
- Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience in Automotive or Insurance markets
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Office365, API technologies, and Agile methodologies
