Job Summary
Onboard new clients by mapping their purchasing, invoicing, and accounts payable workflows to Remarcable's ERP systems. Guide customers through live configuration and training sessions, then support ongoing cases to troubleshoot data errors and manage software transitions. Lead interactive workshops to enable accounting teams and ensure seamless integration with native platforms like Sage, Foundation, or Trimble. This role sits within Remarcable's Technical Support Team, helping electrical contractors connect core accounting software to the platform.
Required Qualifications
- An accounting degree, minor, or equivalent professional accounting/bookkeeping experience
- A strong, practical understanding of everyday corporate accounting processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable)
- Experience using mid-market financial or ERP systems
- Comfortable sitting down with a customer, understanding how they run their back office, and clearly explaining how to translate those real-world processes into clean software workflows
- A helpful, structured communicator
- Full-Time employment status
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction-specific accounting platforms (such as Sage 100/300 CRE, Foundation, or Trimble Viewpoint)
