Job Summary
Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end client implementation, overseeing the full implementation process for new and existing clients, following established standards and project plans. Responsibilities include providing training and coaching to clients, serving as the primary client contact, compiling compliance reports, supporting product launches with affiliates, driving process improvement and strong adoption of software, resolving client issues, recording communications, and generating cross-sell opportunities. Requires strong client communication, problem-solving, and a focus on customer satisfaction to ensure successful implementation of 700Credit products.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
