Job Summary
Implementation SME / Coach for Compliance Stream drives the practical adoption of PACT Compliance deliverables (Conduct Risk, Obligation Management, Product Governance, Regulatory Management) across a major enterprise. Leads translation of target-state frameworks into repeatable processes, tools and ways of working, partners with business teams to embed new risk and compliance requirements, identifies barriers and dependencies, and supports transformation from design to business-as-usual. Exercises sound judgment, engages senior leaders and subject matter experts, and promotes consistent understanding of roles across the Three Lines of Defence to align with regulatory intent and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in Financial Services with sound risk and compliance knowledge
- Experience delivering and embedding enterprise-wide transformation, regulatory, risk or compliance change across large, complex organisations
- Experience leading business implementation activity across large-scale transformation programs, multiple portfolios, stakeholder groups and operational teams
- Ability to support enterprise-wide business adoption, embedding and uplift of new frameworks, processes, governance and ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Sound judgment and ability to operate in evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Delivery mindset with ownership of implementation outcomes and sustainable embedding of transformation change
- Strong communication skills to support adoption of enterprise-wide transformation across complex stakeholder environments
