Implementation Scoping Specialist

Conduct comprehensive scoping sessions to define customer operational requirements, business objectives, and system interfaces prior to implementation. Document customer workflows, identify gaps between current processes and capabilities, and escalate complex scenarios to internal resources. Develop and maintain detailed Scope of Work documents, including timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities, ensuring customer and stakeholder approval before handoff. Generate proposed go-live timelines and assess implementation complexity tiers ranging from small to X-Large based on interface volume and custom development needs. Gather technical specifications for system integrations, identify third-party engagement requirements, and capture reporting formats and delivery mechanisms. Partner with Sales to align pricing, contract terms, and scope boundaries, flagging scope creep and coordinating change orders. Compile all gathered information into a comprehensive handoff package for the Implementation Specialist and conduct formal transition meetings.
