Job Summary
Lead change and organizational transformation to close the 'research to practice' gap by working internally across the organization and with external partners to identify growth opportunities. Promote the adoption of clinical models, evidence-based practices, and innovations while assessing barriers and facilitators to design effective change strategies. Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to assess buy-in, build motivation, and establish implementation plans that manage workflows and organize complex information. Review Research Institute project portfolios to identify system-wide opportunities for growth and serve as a thought leader in implementation science practice areas.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree
- Doctorate in Psychology or a related behavioral health field
- Doctrine preferred
- Eight years of professional experience in clinical research, translational science, or other academic setting
- Ability to apply D&I theory and research to community behavioral health clinic environments
- Specialized training and/or a proven track record of research in Dissemination and/or Implementation Science (D&I)
