Job Summary
The Implementation Resource Manager will oversee the allocation, utilization, and development of Implementation personnel and resources to staff delivery projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing the assignment of implementation team members to projects based on skill sets and availability; maintaining a real-time view of resource capacity and forecasting future needs; identifying and resolving delivery resource conflicts or bottlenecks. Collaborates with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain implementation team members; monitors performance and supports professional development. Develops and maintains dashboards and reports on resource utilization, productivity, and capacity planning; provides insights and recommendations to improve efficiency. Implements best practices in resource management and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives; supports adoption of tools and systems for resource tracking and planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT resource or project management
- Experience leading technical teams
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies
- Proficiency in resource management tools (e.g., Rocket Lane, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus
