Job Summary
Looking for an Implementation Representative at UpdatePromise with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a background in software troubleshooting. Requires an Associates Degree or similar experience, with a focus on training new clients and managing accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortability to coach and train individuals in large groups
- Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- A quick learner who can readily adapt to new changes
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and solve issues creatively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)
- Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
- A huge plus if you have worked within the Automotive Industry!
