Job Summary
Implementation Project Manager to drive scoping, design, and delivery of SaaS implementations for Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. Own end-to-end lifecycle from pre-sales discovery through go-live and early-life activation, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams to deliver on time and within scope. Develop tailored Statements of Work and solution documentation, lead customer discovery workshops, manage a portfolio of projects, mitigate risks, and optimize delivery processes. Leverage AI and automation to enhance solutioning and customer experience. Requires proven ability to coordinate large, complex projects across cross-functional teams, with strong facilitation and training delivery capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS implementation role managing large and complex implementation projects
- Strong capabilities in developing tailored statements of work and solution documentation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple project engagements from initiation to completion
- Facilitation and training development/delivery capabilities
- Experience leading customer workshops and understanding customer operational needs
