Job Summary
Lead customer-facing software implementation projects from planning through completion, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests while developing detailed schedules and delivery milestones. Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders, providing governance, progress reporting, and status communications while coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and business objectives, supporting post-implementation transitions and proposal development as needed. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to travel based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing software implementation, technology, or enterprise application projects
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Understanding of software implementation and delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in project governance, risk management, and project financial oversight
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to travel as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience within the Financial Services industry, including Banking or Insurance
- Experience working in a client-vendor/client-supplier environment
- Understanding of Analytics, AI, Fraud, or Risk solutions
- Experience supporting proposal development or business development activities
- Experience supporting post-implementation, maintenance, or managed services environments
- Hindi language skills
