Implementation Project Manager

Implementation Project Manager serves as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, leading complex multi-service and multi-country implementations across Safeguard Global solutions (including EOR and Managed Services). Owns end-to-end project delivery for an assigned book of business, coordinating across internal teams, global partners, and client stakeholders to meet requirements. Acts as SME and client advisor, influences outcomes, manages risk, and ensures smooth transitions into ongoing service delivery while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, leading end-to-end implementations, creating and maintaining multi-workstream project plans, coordinating with partners and stakeholders, overseeing client setup and platform training, proactively mitigating risks, ensuring accurate go-live forecasting and delivery targets, and collaborating with Sales and Client Success for seamless handoff and long-term success. The role emphasizes remote-first work, flexibility, generous leave, international collaboration, and ongoing learning. Key skills include proven PM experience in a client-facing role, knowledge of HR, Payroll, Global Employment, Accounting or Entity Management (preferred), strong PM and risk management skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage complex multi-country or multi-service implementations.
