Job Summary
Own end-to-end implementation plans for complex, high-priority accounts, defining scope, milestones, and go-live dates while managing multi-workstream dependencies across smart home, access control, and self-guided tour areas. Coordinate internal and external resources including field techs, vendors, and sales to keep projects on time and on scope, while identifying risks, escalating blockers, and executing change orders. Deliver tailored platform training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a clean handoff to the post-implementation team 30 days after go-live. Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, ZenDesk, and Confluence, reporting status to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Partner with Sales to gather account details and champion Rently's best practices to strengthen the team's implementation playbook.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in an implementation, onboarding, or project management role at a SaaS or proptech company
- Demonstrated experience running projects end to end — scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- 1–2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZenDesk, or comparable CRM/support tools
- Strong technical aptitude — you can quickly learn new platforms and troubleshoot creatively
- Excellent communicator: clear, concise, and confident across written, verbal, and client-facing settings
- Skilled at managing multiple high-priority accounts and workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Desired Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) or formal PM methodology experience
- Experience in proptech, real estate, or property management
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and with Confluence for internal documentation and process mapping
- Comfort with Google Workspace tools for day-to-day collaboration
