Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in project management, leadership abilities, and familiarity with relevant operational practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED plus bachelor’s degree in construction management, interior design, engineering, or facilities management from a four-year college or university
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Ability to lead, train, and direct the work of others
Desired Qualifications
- Operations database experience
- Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
