Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation activities for clients, including planning, configuration, training, testing, and go-live; manage multiple concurrent implementations while ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence; coordinate with internal teams (product, support, engineering) to align goals with client expectations; serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle from kickoff to post-implementation warranty support; assess client needs, define requirements within product capabilities, and recommend best-fit solutions; provide hands-on training and develop training materials; maintain project documentation and artifacts; escalate delays or roadblocks and drive resolution; build cross-functional relationships to enable seamless solution delivery; coordinate hosted tenant provisioning, core interface activities, and environment readiness; monitor milestones and ensure adherence to internal and client documentation standards; demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel (5%-10%).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of implementation or project management experience, preferably in financial services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel, as needed (5%-10%)
