Implementation Project Manager - Asset & Ticket Management

Job Summary
Implement plant records and trouble ticketing applications within iVUE, including mobile solutions, scheduling tools, and open APIs. Manage project timelines, communicate expectations with internal and external stakeholders, and configure applications by creating or modifying interface code. Analyze customer data for conversion to NISC software, conduct implementation analysis, and identify feature gaps. Perform quality testing for system integration, prepare implementation documents, and assist with troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support. Work hybrid from Cedar Rapids, IA, or Mandan, ND, with three days in-office weekly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Telecom/Broadband experience
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external contacts
- Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (API)
- Commitment to NISC's Statement of Shared Values
- Working or educational knowledge of a Broadband and/or Telecom networks
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, MIS, IS, Business Administration, or technical degree
- Minimum of working 3 days per week in the office
- Ability to work up to all 5 days a week in the office, as needed
- Tuesday and Wednesday - the third required day will be up to the candidate and their supervisor to choose
- Must be able to see and communicate
- Must be able to maintain a stationary position
- Must be able to move
- Must be able to operate computer keyboards or office equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, MIS, IS, Business Administration, or technical degree preferred
