Job Summary
The Implementation Project Manager – 340B leads onboarding and deployment projects for health systems adopting Latent’s 340B product. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle implementation projects, coordinating technical inputs, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with 340B program requirements. Candidates must possess 3–7 years of project management experience in healthcare and a strong understanding of 340B operational concepts. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and experience with EHR and pharmacy system integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of project management experience in healthcare, health IT, SaaS implementations, or pharmacy operations
- Direct experience working with or supporting 340B Drug Pricing Program environments
- Strong understanding of 340B operational concepts
- Experience coordinating EHR and pharmacy system integrations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and manage risk in regulated healthcare environments
- Experience with project management tools
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing or working alongside 340B split-billing vendors
- Background in pharmacy operations or health system revenue cycle
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certification
- Experience in Series A–C healthcare SaaS companies
