Job Summary
Coordinate client implementation projects by planning execution, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation such as decision logs and action item trackers. Document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and create configuration workbooks to support internal teams in Data Operations, Configuration, and Development. Participate in client meetings to capture action items, follow up on deliverables, and ensure accurate project billing and training cost tracking. Run data analysis on client files to verify integrity and adherence to formats while identifying process improvements. Travel up to 20% of the time for onsite support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or other related fields
- Prior experience working at a software development company in a support role
- Demonstrated ability to document business requirements with clarity and attention to detail
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
- Ability to coordinate and support project activities
- Strong understanding of business software
- Proven experience in project management tools and software
- Proven ability learn and navigate complex business software applications
- Must have good command of the English language, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong teamwork and works effectively across teams and builds productive relationships
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
- Flexible to travel up to 20% of the time to provide onsite support
