Job Summary
Lead end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through stabilization with a primary focus on Latin America and occasional U.S. projects; design and manage client-centric project plans, gather and interpret requirements within defined solution boundaries, configure and validate testing (including UAT coordination), coordinate cross-functional delivery across Sales, Technology, Integrations, Operations, and Customer Success; communicate clearly in Spanish, Portuguese, and English with customers and internal stakeholders; identify risks, escalate non-standard requirements, enforce scope guardrails, support readiness through training and go-live activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation playbooks and tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementations, professional services, onboarding, or project management
- Experience managing multiple concurrent customer-facing implementations
- Experience delivering structured implementations using standard project management methodologies
- Hands-on system configuration, testing, and validation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
