Job Summary
Lead and project-manage the implementation of retirement-plan onboarding within the Group Plan space, serving as the central liaison with clients, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end onboarding experience. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, translating complex plan requirements, building strong client relationships, delivering on implementation assignments, and driving process improvements to enhance service quality and profitability. The role is client-facing, requires collaboration across external stakeholders, and supports travel up to 20% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 – 5+ Years of experience in implementation/relationship management and onboarding of retirement plans that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, including through presentations.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, organization, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
